Hello people and random Bob's Burgers fans, and this is my Spoilerific Review of "Wharf Horse (or How Bob Saves/Destroys the Town), Part 1 of the 2 Part Season Finale and the 21st Episode of the 4th Season of the Series. It's Mother's Day and I wish all of you guys getting something good for your mother. Oh crap...I forgot to give my mom something. But anyway, let's get into the review. First of all, where do I begin with this episode? On one side, the future of Wonder Wharf in the hands of a messed up deranged relative of your landlord. And on the other hand, Tina saving a Childhood memory from being demolished. It's no wonder I gave the Feels:Con a 4 in this episode. If you don't know about the Feels:Con... You're welcome. Felix planning an alliance with Bob to sell Mr. Fischoeder's amusement park and put condos in shows that the character what we like since Ambergris shows a shady side in his character personality. And when the alliance begins, the shadiness begins. We meet a unusual woman named Fanny, which Felix found on the internet, can be a character on which we want to see in future episodes, but for now, Felix's date in the duration of this episode. One of Felix's plan to get his brother to sell Wonder Wharf is for Bob to make him happy enough to sell the place to add condos into the boardwalk. And what better way to get Fischoeder's approval is through song. Felix Fischoeder is back and now, calm with a 70% of shitstorm coming in. This is the second episode we're seeing him in the series after redesigning the bathroom in the restaurant. And of course, wants Wonder Wharf from his brother. Speaking of the redesigned bathroom, it's still around. Hello continuity. That's one side of the episode, and now the other half...Tina. Tina seeing the horrors of crews about to take down the carousel meaning that the Kids are ready to face off the man to protect Tina's childhood memory. The flashback of Tina enjoying the ride since she was a baby to her at age 13 shows that she's cares for that horse, and of course, falling down a few times. Louise clipping Tina by the neck by her favorite horse shows that she is standing up against the man for taking down her favorite horse. She is sitting in, well choking in, on something she stands for. And now, historical background... History Lesson 101: The Sit InIn the 1950s and 1960s, Southern States are under Jim Crow laws, not giving African-Americans to have rights as White Americans. In 1960, in Greensboro, North Carolina, 4 African-American College Students are sitting in in the stands, and white employees kicked them out. The next day, they sitting in protest, refused to leave. After people throwing food and drinks on them, Woolworths in Greensboro now allowing African-Americans to sit in the stands. Until the place turns into the Civil Rights Museum. And thus, history was made. Comparing both the Greensboro Sit-In and Tina sitting in is different. The Greensboro Sit-In is about Equality and Civil Rights, Tina's Sit-In is about saving a Childhood Memory from being torn down. Both made reality, but Civil Rights is history to remember. Fischoeder's decision on selling the park at first was a good place for Bob to be rich, but for Tina...major no-no. Until Fischoeder changes his mind and that's when things goes south. Gene's fear of roller coasters almost reminded me of...me. Fear of heights. I like roller coasters when I was a child, until news reports come in of malfunctions and death while riding made the fear escalated. After the ride, Gene faced his fears...with the adding of soiling your pants. And now, the most intense part of the episode that made me fangirl, the ending. When Bob and Fischoeder have a talk in the sunset, Felix came in and pointing a gun at both of them, and thus, the cliffhanger was born. This fandom had a no cliffhanger streak...until now, May 11, 2014, is when the streak ended. When I saw the ending, my jaw hits the floor and gave me a "Plot Boner." And the credits is all James Bond, and the pictures almost look like on what we're about to see in the second part. And...is there something I forgot? Oh yeah! The beginning of the episode...where the hell is the opening!?! In May 2014 so far, the Attack on Titan opening got cut in the first episode, and then on the second episode, Full. Then Space Dandy, while under repeats, goes from Viva Namida to Viva...what the what. It did move from the 11:30 time slot to the 12:30 time slot, so yeah...doesn't matter which version is better. Anyway, the opening of the episode is Title Only and no Bob's Burgers Jingle shows that stuff is about to go down for this week and for next week as well. Reaction/Thoughts:What do I think about this episode? The plot in this episode is well done for show's creator Loren Bouchard to finally stepping up his A-Game to end the season with a massive 2 parter. If Part 1 was shown on Mother's Day, how come the 2 part Season Finale isn't a 1 Hour event on May 18 and show a Mother's Day episode on this week's lineup. The ending is a bit melodramatic, suppose to see a epic cliffhanger like what either Korra, Gravity Falls, Adventure Time, or Doctor Who had to store. Although Anime is king of cliffhangers, I say screw it, it made me squeal like a pig getting his food served. No wonder I gave this episode's Feels:Con a 4 out of 10. I give this episode... Next week, the moment of truth has arrived. It's part 2 of the 2 Part Season Finale. Will Linda and the Kids save Bob and Fischoeder from Felix before it's too late? Found out next time on the 22nd and Final Episode of the 4th Season, "World Wharf II: The Wharffing." Until then, I'll see you then.
