As of the 8am Advisory, Tropical Storm Cristina has been named. Cristina is now the third name storm of the Pacific Hurricane Season and could become a hurricane in the next few days, but no threat to land. Right now, 45 mph winds as of the 8am Advisory, moving W at 5 mph, away from the western mainland Mexican coast. Pressure at 1003 millibars and located 175 miles Southwest of Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Again, no threat to land, so I guess everything is alright, right? Over to the Indian Ocean, Tropical Storm 2A has formed earlier Today (Western Time) with winds over 45 mph. Location is about 926 miles ESE of Salalah, Oman with pressure of 996 millibars. Also, we’re watching Thunderstorm Clusters in the Southern Parts of Central America, but I think it should be nothing…yet. As for the rest of the Atlantic, enjoy your vacation.
